Interventional Radiology

Interventional radiology is much more helpful cure. Before you commit a patient to collect ome or hemi clectome, or some sort of surgical procedure, you really need to know with a high degree of certainty where the bleeding is. Sometimes i think we can give people too much blood product ind not focus enough on source control. Low hemoglobe in super high in r actually indicate that that patient has been bleeding chronically. And probaly has like a little capillary that's ruptured in their stomach somewhere.
