As we go along as investors we learn from our mistakes i'd love to know what are the investing mistakes you've made that have really been helpful in the long term. The model here is very much to decentralize this issue making and so I don't hang over the shoulders and tell them what to do right but we decentralize mandates and the pms run money right.
