What's the Difference Between a 15 Volt and a 450 Volt?
A person thinks that what they're doing is training a person whom they cannot see, to learn a list of words. And if they get it wrong, they're supposed to shock them at increasing dosages and levels. A 15 or 20 bolt shock feels like 'a fairly rough flick of the finger', says Billmere. When you start getting into 50 hundred volt range, "you're starting get into real pain", he adds.
