Our Instagram culture has created some eating disorders among normal people. There's a little bit of disordered eating in the sense that there's such fear of food, such fear of the effect of a change to our normal routine. You have to understand that your microbiome is built for the diet that you eat on a routine basis. It's really designed for that. If you deviate from that, if you and I were to go out and get a burger right now, we don't eat that way. We feel horrible. Right.
