Do You Know Why People Do Not Do the Things They Want to Do?
If you like the person and they have others, gos mae like wel, maybe there's another rol in the company that would fit you. It's usualy not the right call, because usually, if you were to hire somebody for this other position that yu might have ope n the company, you' prbably just hire the person. So big picture for everyone, use the triangle of figuring out why people do not do the things hat you want them to do. And then finally, are they motivated or incentivized in order to get this done? To me, frequency and detail of communication and making sure that it's recorded down is key.
