Is Time Fundamental in Consciousness?

According to girls in the completeness theorem applied to consciousness being fundamental, we would say that maybe consciousness is exploring all of its possibilities. We have only 3D space, there could be worlds in which there are 10 D spaces or in which the very notion of a dimension of a space is irrelevant. So our perceptions are just one of countless different perceptions. And I'm not saying that that's right, but it's an interesting hypothesis to explore.We should look for others and help them compete. What about time?
