Are You More Difficult to Be Successful Than to Be Average?

I think it's really powerful and it's obvious you've been working on that. We're gonna talk more about your new book. Can you tell me a little bit about what you've learned about being great, it being great? What challenges do you have to overcome to live a life of sustained impact? Unpack that a little bit for me because I think sometimes it's easier to look on and say, that'd be great to be there but people don't understand the cost.
