Before going to bed every night, I make sure that I read about 15 or 20 minutes. The key is for me setting the timer and just not then I don't get distracted by how much is left on the timer. Is that too simple, too basic or is that kind of along the lines of creating some intention? If it works for you, it's great. Go for it.
