The Pros and Cons of Working in Mexico

I would say Mexico is definitely different than India. Some pros, some cons, a lot of pros. The accounting skills are fantastic. They love our accounting system. And they take to it really great. But the thing that's been tougher is tax. Because they don't do individual tax returns in Mexico. So we kind of had to baby step more and that takes more training.
