Kathleen Peterson's Autopsy - The Lack of Tissue Under Kathleen's Nails

Kathleen Peterson had strands of her own hair grasped tightly in both her right and left hand. There was dried blood found on the bottom of both Kathleen's feet as well as dried blood on her face. And there was a small splinter of wood that was located in the hair at the back of Kathleen's head. An internal examination of the head revealed a slight subarachnoid hemorrhage primarily over the left parietal and occipital lobes of the brain. However, there were no subdural hemorrhages present,. No contusions on the brain and no skull fractures present.
