Brent: I've struggled with this and other passages in scripture a that discuss divorce. And just right cause we use atvery uncomfortablend. Some manuscripts apparently had deuteronomy 24 verse one reading that a man may divorce his wife for   urvat devar ervat devar. However, otherip s stated that the man may divorcing his wife for davar erva which means nakedness.
