The uki case and how that opinion is formulated by Judge Oric are the two most important things in my mind. The ATS rulemaking which to Marissa's point expands the definition of exchange to include those persons who make available communication protocol systems a term that is undefined and novel. So I think that like the major issues are going to be CFI focused for the next year but those two areas are where over the course of the year we need to be paying very close attention.
