There were like definitely some growing pains there were times that the company was not uh you know a straight line by any means. We've always tried to be very lean very small i'm a big believer in just having like crazy awesome talent and hiring the absolute best um but not having people i don't like one to people i'd like to just worry about profit and and making money so more of the the growth is more organic than trying to add top-land revenue or stuff like that.
