How Do You Deal With Disparate Chains?

It's got to be a challenging problem to get that generalized many to many framework in place, because you have some blockchains that already exist that are very difficult to change. So what's your overall philosophy of how to deal with these disparate chains and get that interoperability? Yeah, and a great question.
