Are You Going Out of State to Commit a Crime in Your State?

It's not like your crossing state lines to commit larceny. You're going out of state to commit a crime that is a crime in your state. The question will be, will such a law be unconstitutional under the privileges an immunities clause? Justice cavanant, in his sepr concurrence, made clear that he believes that it is not constitutional to criminalize travelling out of state for an abortion. And so one could take some amount of comfort in that. But at the same time, we know that there's not a whole lot of case law coming out of the supreme court on the privileges or immunities clause.
