Selling Agents Are Seeing Value in Many Different Ways
There are definitely agents that receive it differently when we turn up. I think it's just all about awareness and education. We've just done one over the weekend with an agent who's been around for a long time, hopefully they can see now the value of that. Agents are starting to see value in many different ways because if you don't, you're going to get left behindI believe. If we have a brief, we'll sit down. It might be an area specialist. We'll identify some homes and then they're going to go and try and unlock those for us. You may soon become a land specialist, Midge, because that can happen. Give me the worst out
