I'm trying to get my head around the idea of Ant actually having something both of us. I think it could be useful shorthand so I'm not saying we should never use for language of rights but when we do I think we should be clear as to what exactly we're saying. If we say we're going to have to go out and discover what rights people have then it starts looking like we're discovering the existence of fairies leprechauns and artworks.
