Local Facebook Adds - How Do You Target by Address?

i'm not a facebook as expert, but i'm pretty confident that you can target people that are fans ofa or like certain kinds of things. We know what event is coming off an what we're trying to fill. It's actually very easy for us to see, is this profitable? Did we make our return on our investment?
