How do you identify the users in a way that, okay, these are the people that i need to talk to? How do you stumble across a lady that wants to uh, have an excellent export? Uh. And then how, yeh, how how do you identify them? So i'm working with business and lists. In the bank, we actually have people who are supposed to do the coordination between the ice and the business users.
