Each year in America, thousands of people lose their lives to an epidemic that's only been getting worse. Since 1999, more than half a million people have died from overdoses involving opioids. The war in eastern Congo is complex and seems like it's been going on forever. There's no way the Great Lakes region can prosper so long as there is panakui in the east of Congo.
