How to Block Artificial Light in the Morning

I encourage people just cause it works for me. It doesn't mean it's going to work for you. I've got clients who use zero mitigation in any capacity during the day. And then they're just very diligent about blocking the artificial light before sunrise, getting that morning light and blocking it pretty much after sunset or nightfall. The middle of the day is where there's wiggle room for you to try and experiment what works best for you. But really everyone across the board can benefit from orange after sunset or Nightfall.
