Anxious Attachment Style - How to Communicate Your Needs Directly

If you have an anxious attachment style, I want you to be able to like ask for reassurance, ask for validation, ask for love, ask for closeness and do it in a way that's very sweet and vulnerable. It's hard to do that when you're anxious, when you feel anxiously attached because you feel so ashamed for expressing your feelings sometimes. We're sort of like asking for the thing, the vulnerable connection instead of accusing them of not giving it to you. A big part of the anxious attachment style is learning to self-soothe. Look at that evidence. This person is making the decision to be with you. Right.
