When we're depleted as humans when we haven't met those basic needs of sleep move nourish rest connect it is hard to think and so i got my teacher skills on and i created a checklist a battery checklist from monday to sunday my focus was charging my battery everything else could wait. Sometimes taking care of our basic needs will inconvenience others and sometimes you will get pushback and that's okay You have my permission to start considering your needs the longer you ignore your basic needs the longer it will take you to recover someone once said burnout is what happens when you avoid being human too long.
