He says the Puritan Calvinist leadership class that shaped what American leadership was had a tremendously high view of calling. But since the 60s especially America has become essentially Quaker in its sensibilities, he says.Sutter: What went wrong in America is that for most of our history, Boston's Puritanism had much more shaped American leadership culture.
