The End of Arm

This week, WeWork issued a going concern notice suggesting the end could be near for them. The company leases real estate from office buildings around the world and then provides access to offices on a short-term basis. It's kind of an arbitrage, basically. SoftBank invested huge amounts of money, have largely written off most of their investment. They just misjudged the market.
