productivity is like the number one element, like to focus in on, if you want to build a company at scale. You know, when you talk about average productivity, for rep and how mission critical it is. So headcounts with the CEOs giving you see eliminated by that. If I can get there faster and recruit faster, I'm more sellers on the street. And then what kills you in that whole productivity thing as you've seen is churn, right?
