The egoist is the opposite of the narcissus, which is kind of a new term. It's like your self obsessed because you're so afraid of being judged. You hide and remain in this place of extreme fear. And that's one of the symptoms of an echoas - someone who's so concerned with being a narcissus they defer their own needs to others.
