A healthy way to work with anger is to maybe say, I feel angry right now. There's anger inside of me. I want to punch the wall. That just means that when you're angry, you don't notice it. It's not about not having toxic traits. It's actually being so aware of your shadow that you're in control of it. This is why I think I actually feel safer saying I have an enemy to be abusive than to say, I'm the nicest person ever. I am toxic AF."
