Skiing as a Kid

Skiing was the one sport i did just for the love of it, am just for the fun. I think there's not enough sport is, that's exactly what it is. It's play. And so, and we know so much about positive emotion now, about why human beings had positive emotion. From an evolutionary perspective, it slows down what we call the thought action repertoire. And positive emotion slow that. So these activities that help us get into that positive space are so important.
