When giving a presentation, you should maintain eye contact with someone for three seconds. You don't know how long three seconds is until you stare at somebody for three seconds and it seems like an eternity. Instead of looking the near end of the people, people who sit in front of you, you look at the far end people. Just focus on a few who are interested in your speaking because that sometimes can also give you back motivation instead of you.
