Antreso: I think of it as almost like a leverage herbet bet. When i see a group, a creative group of any kind, that is on herbet, or that plumps herbet,. And when i see that, i do kind of increase my the credence that i assign to the project in general. Antreso: There's a way to rethink these, like incentives within cities and get rid of the nimby impulse. You could think of like, trading air rights and gos, making everything a market.
