One of the big parts of the gover data governments, or that is not necessarily the policies, butoow, they said, like the primary goals are to empower internal user community. And so it's not necarily based around, you can't do this, but i think its really around those initiatives. You need a plan, a situation, a plan, and a team that can help both sides.
