Getting Processes in Place for Diligence and Integration
Every time i go to a new company, and specially start over, i think every company has their own gaps in cut of the eminate process. What part of the process haven't you gotten right yet? That varies depending on where you are of the company. I'd rather have a kick off meeting with a brand new team than put that deal at risk. But every time i do it, it yed sat me a little bet tlyou to get on on the front and wo'd certainly not try to make you li efectable.
