Why Is It So Important to Invest in Transportation?

A lot of them admitted, and many more do now, that the level five self driving where it can do anything and go everywhere, will never arrive. And what's more likely is a level for technology that can a, that's gofence, that can do a lot of things within a particular area, but can't go everywhere and can't do everything.
