What Is the Armistice?
The armistice has 24 points, its outline in kind of expectations for what will happen now that the french military hes has surrendered. And after the defeat of the french army in june more than 85 thousand colonial prisoners of war were held in camps and occupied france. So from the very beginning, it was clearly established that the colonies would not be kind of continuation of this war.
