i think with the mindfulness in triling up if you haven't. But i always refer to the three questions, which is a beautiful children's book am that i'd highly recommend if you do have children. The most important thing to do is to give your total and complete presents to that person, mindfully. So that would be my recommendation when it comes to Mindfulness. And then mood, you know, the count your blessings, the gratitude. There is plenty of things you can do, psychologically speaking, to boost your mood. Even once a week led to increases in well being over the period of a month.
