The One Thing I'll Never Do in a Book

The danger of that of course is that you can go overboard sometimes and you know You're trying to be funny and you end up coming across like an asshole or you have to speak for myself. So I would like to tone that down a little bit in future books without draining any of the vitality in a life out of it. The one thing I'll never do in a book is actually we'll try to never make References to transient culture because I just want my book in 20 years for someone to understand it and not have a footnote like this is who Matthew McConaughey was or whatever.
