Constable Savage and Anna Marie West

Constable Savage had a history with the West family that dated back to the mid-19 sixties. She first met Fred's first wife, Rina, at the peak of their tumultuous marriage. At the time, Fred had custody of their two daughters, Charmaine and Anna Marie. Constable Savage asked Anna Marie if she knew of anything improper happening at 25 Cromwell Street. After nearly two decades, Anna Marie finally opened up about her experience of being raised by Fred and Rose West. It was the first time she'd made these admissions to anyone. As she spoke, she was so overcome with shame that she struggled to make eye contact with Constable Savage.
