How Much Do You Want to Pay for Three Scallops?

To make this anywhere near viable though, they've got to be around about two quid each. It's a lot of money if you compare it to the same product that you can get from a dredge boat for 40p. A dredge boat is dredging everything out of its way, not just scallops. So we started dealing with dealers or fishmongers really. They're using muscles as an indicator species. What that means is that any product I catch has to go through somebody that can depravate it. And then one diver comes up a bit short. Now we're behind for the day.
