Those outside mainstream education or with SCN just fall through the cracks. So that's a mainstream education get no support from the Department of Education. If you homeschool your child or your child is off rolled in any way that basically means that they can't usually provide for that child so the child need to go elsewhere. One of the, one of the ideas that we actually had was ensure that the funding follows each child again it's on the same principle.
