What's an Example of a No Crime Conviction?
Cameron tod willingham was convicted of an arson murder that involved his three children. He had proclaimed his innocence from the start all the way through his execution. Years after his execution, fire scientists stepped in and said they got it wrong. An example of a now crimalfal conviction case is an accidental or naturally occurring fire that's mislabelled an arson. A suicide could be mislabelled a homicide. Or a baby could die from natural causes, but somebody mislabels it as a murder. All these instances are no crime tal convictions.
