The Unconscious Bias in the Selection Process
When you were chairing the Conservative Party, you actually got in an independent psychologist to look at the unconscious bias that there were in the processes. You must have had the sense something wasn't being fair for women. And do you think it's changed? Yes. I suppose just by definition, the numbers showed that there was a problem there with the selection and our selection process. We needed to change something.
