I think one that I really want to try is stopping using the credit card and just using cash or debit. There's always those things you spend like 40% more if you use credit card, even if you pay it all. So yeah, there's a lot of habits that it's funny when you stop to pay attention Or, you know, your diet battle isn't for you. You've fought in your kitchen. It's fought at the grocery store. Just don't buy the stuff and set yourself up for failure. That's an important lesson. Oh, I got it. Right. Easy way to. fail or easy ways to succeed.
