Trend Following During Uncertain Times

This week, I think that most trend followers had a pretty soft start to Q4. The UN suddenly weighing in on what the Federal Reserve should do with its monetary policy strikes me as somewhat out of order. But it could actually put a little bit of a flaw on the energy prices, which has been under pressure for the last four months since early March. And then this week would have been very productive from a performance point of view in the energy markets. Of course, our friend that keeps paying dividend, so to speak, did well this week.
