The German Coalition Talks Progressing

No party has captured an absolute majority and no party is going to be able to govern by themselves. That means that they have to form a coalition with another party. The social Democrats are talking with the liberals and Greens about a so-called traffic light coalition. It does look like we'll have, for the first time, a three-party coalition.
