Trump's Defense Is All Stuff Within His Control

I think this will go to trial, you know, between December and March with my gut. The reason is much he's got available to try and slow things down. Here Trump's defense is all stuff that's within his control. So there's some extensive body of discovery that's needed. For Trump's other claim is what I was doing was just free speech...that doesn't wash.
