A technology is being deployed in gana to day with the vota registration a to do biometric registration for voters. So you know, technology can play a role to the extent that it enables things to be more transparent, am and and hold people accountable. In terms of how do you educate people to have integrity, i feel that for a chessi anyway, it has required high touch. It has required many, many Convers tions in class rooms, outside the class room, about what the good society should be in our country.
