Effective Blue Light
After what I need to do the next day is taken out of my brain onto paper, my goal is to fill up my brain with alternative things that I can get done. And a lot of people have interpreted the effective blue light to say that you shouldn't use screens at night,. But I actually find that really counterproductive. That's because if I don't use screens that greatly limits the diversity of distracting things that he can use.
