Illusion vs Hallucination

Illusions are false perceptions in the presence of a similar. So you see your core lying on the floor and think it's a snake because it's did it. You see the curtains moving and you think that is somebody there. Not all hallucinations are pathological, hypnopopical hallucinations are abnormal but they're pathologic.
