Is Breakfast Really Important?
Three meals a day on average, plus snacks a or the way that we're able to meet our macro and micro nutrient needs. We just can't get it all done if we just eat one giant meal a day. So i think it's great to get your optimal nutrition. It also helps your body be consistent with providing accurate hunger and fulness.
